Assessment & exploration

Two structured site visits to understand the concession in full — from geological character and mineralized veins to security, logistics, water and community context. We prepare a technical report to inform the investment decision.

  • Initial site assessment — access, infrastructure, historical production
  • Direct field testing of samples and mineralized materials
  • Geological mapping and comparison with existing studies
  • Technical report to support investment decision
II

Contracting & legal arrangements

We formalise the partnership through transparent legal structures — defining rights, responsibilities, revenue-sharing, and financial plans before a single machine is mobilised.

  • Partnership and operating agreements
  • Licences, permit and compliance review
  • Revenue-sharing and accountability framework
  • Approved financial and implementation plan
III

Procurement & mobilisation

Equipment, machinery, consumables, and infrastructure are sourced and deployed to site. We manage the full supply chain — including transportation, communications, and storage — across even the most remote African terrain.

  • Purchase or leasing of heavy equipment and machinery
  • Spare parts, fuel, lubricants and processing materials
  • Transportation and communications systems
  • Storage facilities and supporting infrastructure
IV

Site preparation & production

Access roads, settling ponds, processing plants and workshops are constructed. Ore extraction, transportation and processing begin — with waste management maintained to environmental standards throughout.

  • Access road construction and logistical support points
  • Processing plant installation and equipment setup
  • Ore drilling, excavation, loading and haulage
  • Environmental waste management throughout
