From concession to production

Every Gondwana project follows a structured, four-phase framework that transforms mining concessions from assessment to full-scale industrial output with full operational management throughout.

Assessment & exploration

Two structured site visits to understand the concession in full — from geological character and mineralized veins to security, logistics, water and community context. We prepare a technical report to inform the investment decision.

Procurement & mobilisation

Equipment, machinery, consumables, and infrastructure are sourced and deployed to site. We manage the full supply chain — including transportation, communications, and storage — across even the most remote African terrain.

Site preparation & production

Access roads, settling ponds, processing plants and workshops are constructed. Ore extraction, transportation and processing begin — with waste management maintained to environmental standards throughout.
